We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Coordinator to join our team! This is an entry-level position ideal for someone organized, tech-comfortable, and eager to support a dynamic field operations team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Territory Managers in managing work with field representatives to achieve company performance standards for Customer Timeliness (90%), demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- Address Escalations mailbox promptly and professionally.
- Process reassignments and update information on customer websites
- Review and respond to emails from field reps related to customer platforms
- Confirm contact information with clients and complete pre call outreach when needed
- Effectively communicate survey status to clients, ensuring they are kept up-to-date on progress using clear and concise language.
- Follow up on completion of training modules in our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure field representatives are following customer-specific contact attempts appropriately and documenting in RAMP. Facilitate the non-productive process.
- Support Field Operations team and conduct additional administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Pleasant, courteous phone voice and mannerisms

Proficient with Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) and GSuite

Excellent verbal and written communications

Analytical ability and attention-to-detail

Sitting at a desk, working on a computer up to 8 hours a day

College degree preferred

This is a hybrid position with 2 required in office days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
